Ha Ha, wouldn't dream of blaming you and besides, I'm pretty nifty at finding my way around IT stuff, just needed pointing in the right direction. Have also been given a link to the Service Manual by techykev so that's big help too.

Does anyone have a link to a manual, instructions or a video guide that will show me how to fit a new drum and black developer unit into my Kyocera FS-C5250DN printer? Appreciate any help offered, thanks.
