In the event that anyone else is still watching this thread, I am in dire need of the VL media for CS3 Design Premium. I have the serial number, and Adobe support told me to uninstall, so now the user has no Adobe access until I can get my hands on the CS3 Design Premium VL media. I have been on chat for 2 hours now, one hour of which is waiting after a "transfer". Any help is appreciated, thank you, Rob
