  1. Sadly it's not working on any device at the moment
  2. Hi We have five Probots and the Probotix software at school and I'm having trouble connecting the Probot to the netbooks (Toshiba NB 500 with Win 7 Pro) for the children to programme them. When connecting the Probot via the USB cable the Probot is 'recognised' but the netbook is looking for the device driver, which it fails to find and states "Could not "locate device port". In the Device Manager it is showing an icon for "Other Device" and a device labeled as "Convertor"? I have loaded the TTS Probotix software and their USB UART bridge driver controller software. Anyone had this problem and found out how to overcome it? Here's hoping
  3. No port 143 not blocked - just updated one classroom computer with latest TT update and it still connects OK to TT.
  4. The school network passes the TT connectivity test - so not port 1443. Oh if it were that simple Thank you for the thought.
  5. Have been struggling foe weeks now to get Essex Target Tracker to connect successfully within the school. Staff laptops when at home will connect but will not connect either on wired or wi-fi connection whilst in school. The TT connection test works fine and have updated to the latest version of TT (currently 15.3). The school classroom computers originally would connect to the TT server but now it is intermittent that they may or may not connect. Anyone have a similar problem or a resolution to the problems that I am encountering? The message I am getting is as per the screenshot attached: As you can see connection is partially successful as the TT notifications are displayed but cannot connect to the data server/ Hoping someone may have some words of wisdom Thank you. Jeff
