Illusion

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me, ive got the 10" version. I cant get it to boot into desktop. It boots but loads "preparing automatic recovery" and then freezes on a blue screen with 2 rectangular boxes. Is there a way I cant get it to boot in to recovery for me to reinstall? Or maybe a clean install, what would the procedure be. Would kindly appreciate any help. Thank you
