Yep definitely fun for a Wednesday!!

Hi David I have experienced exactly the same issues and have rolled back the update. I could see in the RPC Client Access log on the CAS server the following error [TABLE=width: 568] [TR] [TD] "[indexOutOfRangeException] Index was outside the bounds of the array." From a quick search I found this KB Event ID 4999 is logged on an Exchange Server 2010 Client Access server (CAS) Since the roll back the error is no longer present in the logs.
