  1. Hello, I'm new to Edugeek but have been reading for a while and thought i'd join as I'm using this website more and more now. I provide day-to-day IT Support for a primary school, which are predominately Apple, they have at least 2 iMacs in each classroom, several iPads in each classroom, etc. I have been able to get to most of the iMacs from Apple Remote Desktop, but the odd one is not showing up or is not connected, I know it's possible to set the sharing settings in system preferences manually, but is there a way to automate this using an automator app or something similar? Cheers, upnorth_itguy
  2. It's possible to do this through Apple remote desktop and the plugins for Automator. I have made one, which I can send to you, it links in with Apple Remote Desktop so you could just choose the macs you want to mute.
