Hey All, I'm looking into seeing if we can get Win 8.1 to site wide at some point in the near future however in our enterprise users are changing computers very often this means that every time a user logs in with their domain user/pass it'll go through the process of setting up the apps on each machine they login with, is there anyway of getting rid of the "setting up apps" 15 minute process that occurs? (We have a site of about 1000+ so you can see why this would be an issue) Perhaps some usage of Folder Redirection might be useful, I'm also more than welcome to hear of techniques that may require a little bit of jury rigging it to get it to work Thanks

Do you reckon it's a fault with the MIDI device or the keyboard, I'd imagine it being the midi device as I doubt Yamaha would allow such a silly fault to occur lol.

This whilst I originally thought this was silly it actually was, just the ins/outs on the wrong way round, so yes that's the fix for anyone else.

Hi Chaps/Chapettes So we have Sibelius in our music classes with some Yamaha YPT220 that have connections that are MIDI to USB, the MIDI device is almost identical to this: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/3141ekob%2BTL._SY355_.jpg (just with different branding, which would leave me to believe that the drivers are the same as well.) Basically playing the Keyboard does not display notes on the screen and doesn't cause playback via the Keyboard, which according to one of our music teachers it is meant to. We have tried re-installing the drivers but to no avail. Anyone else got any ideas?

So how would I still get the video feed to play without the whole design refreshing-the reason I ask is that we would preferably have the RSS feed updating as often as possible as it will likely have important information on it whilst the Sky news video feed refreshing and having to rebuffer. So for example I want the video to run for lets say the vast majority of the day but I want the RSS feed to update without the video/design refreshing to update, is there anyway at all to get this sort of thing working? Could we in theory embed the RSS feed elsewhere then embed that webpage and use a bit of coding to force refresh the webpage like the embedded youtube feed?

Hello All, Currently in the office we are attempting to get some new signage put up (among other things) around the school, most of the layout is setup and is working wonderfully (we have sky news set up and our twitter feed) however the problem comes when we are attempting to create some sort of live update system that will allow the office staff (as well as other staff) to update the RSS feed with alerts and announcements and it will pop up on the signage as it requires a full restart of the design to actually update the new feeds within the RSS. Is there any option at all within Xibo that will allow for it to automatically gather the information from the feed when it gets updated? (or perhaps even a work around) Thanks for any advice you have.
