We use RM Unify at our school, we buy into several cloud-based resources and before we had RM Unify I think we would have been in the same situation, we had several usernames and password with all different resources which was MANIC!!!! When we got RM Unify its syncs with our Active Directory and syncs all the users to the online portal, It also connects to cloud based resources and will auto create the login and create new ones when a new resource is bought or new user. With the single sign on service for the cloud based resources and office 365 makes logging in so much easier and quicker with only one password to use!!, which makes using all this 1000x easier! It now takes only seconds for Staff and Pupils to log into any cloud based resources, email, and learning platform using RM Unify, and fully customizable so you put your own school logo, background and your own tiles/apps. Best online user management tool I have ever used!!!!
