    hi...I never work on the Promethean board .I am working on the smartboard and interective boards form the past 1year. I am using pen to write on the smart board and is working fine.

    I am not expert but it may be due to the old version of the smartboard software.Whenever i get problem with my smart i just reset it .

    hi.. I am using interactive smart baord with mobile and projector. I am using it to share my notes with my friends and other students in class.
