I had a very similar issue with 10 new Toshiba satellite pro c50 laptops a few weeks ago, i updated the wireless card drivers and anything else you can think off and had no luck, it would drop connection all the time, to cut the long story short, it turns out it was an issue with our wireless settings, i managed to sort the issue by disabling the setting "Fast BSS Transition" and now i have no more issues. So i suggest you look for something similar in you wifi settings.
