Hi, Im not sure if this has been asked before but we are a school and we have took the move from google to office365, i have been able to do email migrations fine to outlook. But i want to know is there a free way that i can migrate users google drive to onedrive for free? Regards Dom

It says that there is no active license and we must register, i then have to go onto the e licenser and run the maintenance and it seems to work fine once that is run but for only staff users and admins etc. I think the reason behind it is that where cubase looks for the license is on the c: drive of the machine but we do not allow the students to see that. I have added a folder rule etc on rmmc but still does not seem to work for students. We dont have any dongles on these machines it is all done through the e licenser. And because it is cubase elements we dont need a physical dongle as it stores the license on the hard drive apparently. I am new to this too and i know it works fine as staff or admin users but just the trouble lies with students.

Hi All, Recently purchased cubase elements 8 for our music suite, i have gone around manually and installed the cubase software and activated the e licenser and all was working with the account used (system admin account). I have created a program set for both cubase and e licenser on the RMMC which seem to have worked. I am having a bit of a strange problem it is picking and choosing different machines and saying that it does not have any valid license but it does. Any ideas what could be causing this issue. I know that if you go into the e licenser you can go and run a maintenance task which checks the e licenser etc and that has worked on a few machines but i don't really want to be doing this everytime a student uses the machine. Any Ideas? Dom

Hi All, We used to use policy central to capture and monitor what users do etc we had it years ago and was wondering what is new on the market or what people suggest is best to use?

I was doing that but it seemed that RMMC didnt want to import the package and all of sudden i tried it again and it has worked thanks

Hi All, I have just done a package and it has been about 30 mins or so and it still has not appeared in the RMMC any ideas why i can see the package on the server?

yeah it could be but would be nice to have it on my workstation.

also another reason is when you put a machine onto the rm network it runs really slowly with all the rm network stuff that goes on the laptop slows it down so thats why i want to see if i can get it on without it being on the network.

The reason i ask is because the servers are not ready for me installing windows 8.1 so i have got a virtual windows 8.1 running and would like to be able to do the RMMC side of things on it if possible? I know about RM CC4 anywhere but was wondering can anything be done just as it is?

Hi All, I need to install python 3.4.2 across our school site we currently have a RM CC4 network, i have downloaded the msi from there website and gone through the RM wizard to package build it. I obviously need students to be able to access the files and i know it uses cmd which our students cant access. I can remember something had to be done on the install when i was doing python 2.7.4 to make this all work properly. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. The package i created will not install on the machines it keeps coming up package failed. Any help would be great Thanks Dom

Hi All, I have recently built a new package using the RM Package build wizard on a clean machine. The package has built and said that it will be available on RMMC to deploy. I have come out of RMMC a few times and gone back in and checked all packages but it does not seem to be appearing in the all package list. The package is definitely on the server as i can navigate to where it has stored it any reason why it would not be showing. Cheers Dom

Hi All, We have got rm cc4 have recently core upgrading one of our laptops and it has come up with Update Failed and it does not allow anyone to login anymore it does not have the login options. IN RMMC you can see the update has got so far and just stopped and does not seem to be going any further. Does anyone know of a way that we can get this laptop to either carry on the update or get us to the login screen?

Hi, We have got a small issue with our symantec endpoint protection manager it seems that we are running out of space, i have narrowed it down Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\ImportPackage this is where it seems that all the space is being taken up on the server currently it is 67.4gb of space it is taking up. We run a RM CC4 network and have been told we can remove the old packages?? I am assuming the old packages are the ones with an older modified date is this correct? If so how many packages need to be in the importpackage folder?? If someone could help that would be great Cheers Dom

Hi All, What software do you use to view computers etc which is good free software, we used to use lanview but it has stopped doing what we need it to do. Any advise would be good, also we do have a RM CC4 Network. For Classroom management we are fine with but we want something a bit better for us administrators????
