Installed following the Network Guide provided by Serif (using the netcopy.exe) by PDQ Deploy. Tried holding down the ctrl button - message displays about resetting user settings, then the normal error message. Looked in the Tools/Options/Folders and all boxes bar the temp export location are empty. Typed in the mapped network drive for redirected My Documents, relaunched software but still the same

Hi Hopefully someone can shed some light on this error message. We are using mapped home directory and mandatory profile for students & when launching MoviePlus X6, receive the message, Error: Unable to determine My Documents Folder. Click OK and the software runs as normal. Any idea how we can avoid this message appearing in the first place please? Thanks
