Hello all,
I am new to this site and signed up for one purpose, to see if anyone has any helpful tips/solutions that could solve my network problems.
To begin, I started working for company X about 2 months ago. We had to do a file restoration to the main server (servA, exchange/domain controller) as soon as I was getting training (or what was supposed to be). Anyways, some how we ran into the issue where we had to do a restoration of the second server which is also a domain controller (servB). The permissions were tampered with which required us to do a system restore (system state), this did not work so we did a full system restore because we were unable to log onto the server still (trust relationship errors).
This finally worked after hours of updates and applying system settings. Now I am having sporadic issues such as:
1. Exchange is behaving weirdly.
A. users sometimes don't receive mail
B. some users report external users receiving fail send messages saying they are found on the block list
2. User computers (workstations) are randomly losing trust relationship - "trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed"
3. Some user computers are unable to connect to the internet (hard-wire connection)
A. settings switch off somehow - such as Network Discovery / File&Printer Sharing Discovery
4. Getting MSExchange: ActiveSync / EdgeSync errors on event viewer
5. Getting errors on event viewer:

This is the replication status for the following directory partition on this directory server. Directory partition: DC=domainX,DC=com This directory server has not recently received replication information from a number of directory servers. The count of directory servers is shown, divided into the following intervals. More than 24 hours: 1 More than a week: 1 More than one month: 1 More than two months: 0 More than a tombstone lifetime: 0 Tombstone lifetime (days): 180 Directory servers that do not replicate in a timely manner may encounter errors. They may miss password changes and be unable to authenticate. A DC that has not replicated in a tombstone lifetime may have missed the deletion of some objects, and may be automatically blocked from future replication until it is reconciled. To identify the directory servers by name, use the dcdiag.exe tool. You can also use the support tool repadmin.exe to display the replication latencies of the directory servers. The command is "repadmin /showvector /latency ".

If anyone could assist in offering a solution or pointing me in the correct direction, I would be greatful. I currently am the only IT person in this company and need assistance in dealing with these ongoing issues. Thanks.
