Newbie here, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. If it is, some help about where to go (politely LOL) would be nice
I am using Frog Education. Login works on all browsers, except 64bit Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1. All other variations work.
Problem is, I can't get Frog Education or anyone to actually recognise the problem, as they don't have or use 64 bit PCs.
It redirects, and fails at second stage authentication, popping up a credentials dialog every time. It is not a credentials issue, as the same credentials work on any other OS or browser combination.
Has anyone else had this issue, did you resolve it? If not has anyone got any suggestions as to how I mange the escalation when no-one wants to know?
