  1. Hi Randle, Thanks for the response. I have been away for a few days and in that time my colleague discovered it was Symantec AntiVirus on the client causing the issue. He uninstalled Symantec, deployed SIMS and then installed Symantec. Thanks for the suggestions though!
  2. Hi Guys, I'm having problems getting SIMS onto a machine (Windows 7 32bit, on the domain) via SOLUS3. Windows Firewalls are off as is UAC, but I am still getting the error message 'Agent installer completed but the agent is not installed' in SOLUS3. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
  3. Thanks everyone for your help, especially timp - the above was the solution. I can't believe I missed this setting. Thanks very much
  4. Good Morning, Thanks for the response. I will give this a try when I'm onsite and will let you know how it works out. Thanks Again
  5. Hi everyone, Wondering if someone could could give me a bit of help. I have a sahara Clevertouch screen (or at least that's what it says in the corner of the screen, the part number brings nothing up on google) trying to run promethean activinspire (we're licenced) - the interactivity works but when you try to use the pen function to draw/write the pointer just starts drawing a square shape (as if right-clicking). The PC seems to respond differently to touch screen touches than it does with a mouse click (finger touches cause a ripple animation on screen), which makes me think it's favouring a generic windows driver over the the manufacturers. I've installed the drivers that came with the screen, I've tried the drivers from the sahara website and also an old version of the drivers but all with no change. I've also tried disabling Microsoft Flicks. Is it likely just a setting buried somewhere? Any help appreciated! Thanks,
