I have SMART notebook 10.8.364.0. Does the same thing Windows 7 professional (all updates) As a computer literate kind of guy, this has nothing to do with networking or connections, not user error (been using it for years), and I have four notebooks I'm using, they all do this. It is new to me this year, usually SMART works about as well as it does, but this seems to be some sort of software glitch. I save locally, because the default "cloud" drive is untrustworthy, and full. I can "Save as" which I go back and forth overwriting each file (e.g. notebook1.notebook and notebook1a.notebook) so I can keep an updated copy at all times. My software is up to date, according to the SMART product update 8/29/2014
