  1. Morning! I'm at some what of a loss with this ... I have a really strange problem affecting one of our Ruckus access points and I can't quite pinpoint what is causing the issue! Firstly, the access point has worked for years without fault. Last October, the issues began. However the issue itself was an easy one; the external CAT5 cabling had become damaged. The cable was replaced and the access point continued to work without fault ... until a fortnight or so ago. Now the access point continually disconnects. A quick restart of the access point will restore wireless connectivity to the area, but 30-60 minutes later, the access point will disconnect again. So far we've ... Double checked and confirmed that the connections in the classroom data point (specific to the access point) are in place and correct. I have tested the cable that runs between the network cabinet and the classroom data point, as well as all other cables in between, and all cables are showing no faults whatsoever. The ports in the network switch that the wireless access point connects to are all working without fault. That said, we've also tried changing ports, just in case. All other access points that connect back to the same network switch and are functioning correctly. The access point was originally powered via a PoE injector - To eliminate this, we've also tried powering the access point with the mains adapter. I installed a brand new access point this morning and it appears to be wanting to mesh. This would explain the constant connection/disconnection issues. It’s attempting to mesh with the access point in the Server Room, which is odd, as there are several other classroom access points that are closer in proximity. However it shouldn't be meshing at all, considering it's connected via an Ethernet cable?! If I switch meshing off on the access point, it immediately disconnects. The original access point was a 'ZF7962' dual-band N, whereas the new access point I installed this morning is a 'ZF7372' dual-band N unit. We also have a 6 month old ZoneDirector 1000 and the switch it connects back to is a Netgear FSM726(I think, off the top of my head ... ?) 24 port. I can't see anything in the logs of the access point that may point to anything ... ? I'm a little confused! I'm going to try and speak to Ruckus and our supplier to see if they can help, but if anyone can provide a suggestion as to what it may be, it would be hugely appreciated! Cheers! Chris
  2. If I attempt to navigate to 'https://server.domain.local/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml' in IE, I receive a '600' error, which shows that AutoDiscovery is technically working! DNS resolution issue?
  3. Monday morning bump! Anyone?
  4. Morning all! I was wondering if someone else has come across this problem and if so, what did you do to rectify the issue? I've done some searching on Google as to find the cause, but I'm not entirely sure on what to do next! Basically, if a user attempts to share their calendar with another user, an error message pops up stating: 'Error while preparing to send sharing message'. I've tried sharing calendars via a multitude of different users and the same message appears. We've been running Exchange 2010 for quite some time and back when we had Outlook 2007 installed, sharing a calendar was never an issue. In fact, if I roll back a user to Outlook 2007, they can then share their calendar! It's also worth noting that users can successfully share calendars in OWA ... After a search on Google, it seems to be a well documented problem ... People seem to suggest that there is a fault with AutoDiscovery I ran a 'Test E-Mail Autoconfiguration' on my Outlook and received this: http://thumbsnap.com/i/89MWCFp4.jpg Something is definitely amiss! IIS? Can anyone provide some help as to what might be wrong and what I need to do next? If so, it would be hugely appreciated! Cheers!
