This works for us: Start menu folders share on server - start menu/programs/folders and shortcuts. GPO - Startmenu redirected to above location (we have different menus for Xp and 7 32 bit or 64 bit) Grant user exclusive rights to Start Menu Disabled Move the contents of Start Menu to the new location Disabled Also apply redirection policy to Windows 2000, Windows 2000 server, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 operating systems Enabled (admin templates/startmenu and taskbar) Remove Default Programs link from the Start menu. Enabled Remove common program groups from Start Menu Enabled Hope this helps

I have 2 wfs709tp controllers and 30 Aps. They are all set on 1 VLan with 1ssid at the moment (all on channel 1 - is this a problem? Seems to work ok) I would like to set up captive portal linked to my AD users but can't get the logon page to come up. It will connect but only if I use the Internal Database. Any tips?

This would be really useful - we currently have 32 wireless access points with 4 different SSIDs - 3 trolleys and one for staff. We have problems with interference from outside school and staff losing signal and therefore access to SIMS etc as they move between rooms. I have just started investigating the Netgear WFS709TP as we have Netgear WAP already and could flash them to make them thin WAPs for use with it. Any feedback/advise gratefully received.
