I realize I'm responding to a dead thread, but I made an account here to thank you for this script. I've been trying to solve this issue for a small commercial printing center for a few weeks, and this did the trick. Based on the other comment mentioning CC Cleaner, I'm willing to bet that something that happens during that occurs during that process messes with the IE DLLs, which in turn causes this error.
