About kinster

  1. I've used ParentPay. Just a simple system to use. It did pee me off at one stage when you couldn't save your card payment details. But this has now been added.
  2. Agree, I asked about them in one of the threads but didn't get much of an answer.
  3. You going to write and export/import script?
  4. I meant development-wise and the red-tape.
  5. @Barcrest I have worked with CMS systems and have worked on NHS systems in the past such as the patient records. In my own opinion, I see this quite similar.
  6. I agree with those points you make. My comment was in response to your message regarding "eating, sleeping, etc" and "when to do it".
  7. You really think everyone lives the same and has to work to survive? Everyone is different. As for development. Some people I know enjoy development, but then again developing an MIS might not be as riviting as writing the next "Twitter"
  8. Development costs? In what way? All I can see is finding time nowadays as dev tools are either free or low in cost.
  9. Add a twitter feed widget onto the schools website.
  10. The site looks good
  11. Agreed, the only issue is support.
  12. Maybe not call it opensource, but a community based project? We have the users and testers on here. We just need the developers right?
  13. I don't think it's hard. I just think red-tape can be a brick wall.
  14. Oh okay, so you're from Scholarpack? What's the data migration like to Scholarpack? If I wanted to export from SIMS to Scholarpack?
  15. Can pee the user off by being so slow. Don't think the public sector would want to do that after spending so much on the NHS System - - - Updated - - - What's stopping you?
