2012 Switched from Lightspeed to Bloxx. Kept it for 1 year then went back to Lightspeed. While Bloxx has excellent support, several features that sales promised were not there. While I have not seen the latest versions, the version I was on made me feel like I had to jump through so many hoops to get basic information. My first priority is student safety. Basic reports such as suspicious searches were not there. (may be there with newer versions). Demo Lightspeed see if it fits your needs.
