Cheers body i will ask them soon i have just started in this high school so just finding my feet but regardless of their help i will defo do something just doing the research now on what course i should do first

none everytime i want to do something people tell me its not really needed and etc so it puts me off but i think i do need it along with some practical training. thinking of MCSA, CCNA or any other basic for starters.

Hi All, I have just started a new position as a senior ICT Technician, Been working in IT for 2 year but would like to increase my knowledge in servers and AD's. What courses would you guys recommend as a starter my knowledge is basic so dont want to jump in to the deep end. Many Thanks A

you are right it is just a pa who has access to his mailbox which is shared but for some reason it does not sync when she delete any emails

Hi All, Sorry if im in the wrong page, my first post. I have just started working in a high school and the Heads PA has just informed me that every time she deletes an email from her shared account which is with the head, it deletes on her side but in the heads inbox. is there a way that the emails also delete from his inbox. we use Outlook 2013. any help would be greatly appreciated.
