  1. Hello, Whilst at BETT I saw some interactive tables. The one which most interested me used a short throw projector and an eBeam on a table. Does anyone use them? What are they like? I know RM sell this, but is it available anywhere else so I can look at getting the best possible price etc? Thanks
  2. We use Control IT2. It is fairly simple,, flexible and easy to use.
  3. So if I bought an Aspire one with Windows on it, would that work with smart software?
  4. Can anyone tell me if the linnux version is compatible with SMARTboard software? I have asked before, even directly to ACER and SMART technologies, but noone ever commits to an answer - the SMART software specifications don't help as Im not technical enough - If anyone with a ASPIRE one has successfully put on the smart software then please let me know! Also does anyone have a date for the release of the pink aspire one? thanks
  5. thanks for that localzuk, that's what I thought - but the people at SMART and ASUS aren't that confident...if SimpleSi or someone else could try it out first that would be fab, just so I know (i am looking at the 4g version). Also, (probably a really thick question, but how do you install things as there isn't a CD drive? Finally, will it be able to run on my schools network, for me to be able to access shared folders etc? I presume I can open up word files etc in just the same way as I will be able to save files as .doc. Am I right?
  6. this is why Im getting confused - I know that you can run SMART on linux, but i *think* and am not at all sure, that the version of Linux that the eeepc runs isn't compatible...argh!
  7. I have had very conflicting information. Can the eeePC (linux based, rather than pre-installed with Windows) run smart notebook? Please let me know if you have managed this and how...I just want to know for certain if I can do this before I buy one! Thanks
