Thanks for your quick reply. I dont think is a problem with the permissions, as it works fine from the same location, with pupil logged on under XP SP2.

Hi Metro electro 1, 2 and Logo not working under XP SP3, when logged on as a pupil. The error message is: "Initialisation failed. Not enough memory or the file is damaged". It works fine under XP SP2; also works under SP3 when logged on as an admin. The software is running from a network share. Anybody has any ideeas? Thanks
