We are integrating a class set of galaxy tab 3,with a sync trolley, onto our cc4 network and we are looking for an engineer to help install and advise the best way to be able to push out apps to all tabs in one go. Can anyone recommend any engineering solutions for this, we are based in Essex. Thanks

Has anyone come across this problem, we have recently bought a license for robotc software and when I put in the license details I get other error code - 9105. We really need this to work today, and because of the time difference in America they have only just raised the support ticket and I am running out of time.

Hi, Can anyone advise me to the best way of deploying a license that we have just bought to all the computers that we have the trial version of the software on. I was told I should put the license on each individual computer but is there any other way of doing this. We use rmcc4 network. Thank you

I have imported the programme RobotC for VEX as an .exe file into the the rmcc and the deployment and installation was error free, but it will not show up in the programme set although I have put the short cut to it into the correct place with the correct security. I can see the programme in the start menu, but not in programme sets, when I log in as an administrator but if I go in as a student I cant see it in the programme set or the start menu. I am using xp and windows 7 machines and have the same problem on both. I guess it must be some kind of permissions problem but I can't see how to get round it as I am a bit of a novice. I have checked all the permissions and its set for everyones use. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I am happy now, finally done it by using dotNet4.0 as a dependency and starting form scratch with a new download etc. Many thanks to everyone for their suggestions

no its .net framework 1.1

I know it should be that simple, but I have tried it that way. when I tried to run it after exporting it, it comes up with an error 2731. I am quite a novice at this, and if anybody would be so kind as to write out exactly what they did that works. I would really appreciate it. I can't see what I am doing wrong and I have no one to help me. So I will have another go

Sorry bit of a blonde moment, I found it and this is what it says for one of the machines Status: InstallFailed Time: 19/03/2014 10:54:40 Error: Failure Type: MSI error, check Event Viewer on machine for more detail: Could not complete the operation because a fatal error occurred during installation.

Hi, I have tried it on a few different stations, all coming back with the same thing. I have a dedicated clean package builder machine that is restored everytime it is used.I use it to build the package but I have never tried to assign it to that computor, would that be worth a try as a test ? I have tested the app on the package builder before building it to check that it works. I have looked at the target devices but all I can get when I interrogate it, is failed package. Would the package builder, build a package that has errors ? or is there something on the stations stoppping it. I have unassigned the previous version, is that all I needs to do ?

I tried that way too, and although it made the package and quoted that it was a cc3 auto converted, it said it was invalid format, I think. Thanks for your help:)

I have tried it that way, but not used winrar, I will have another go using that. Thanks for your help:)
