I've been looking at installing DriveShield on training centre PC's. This will enable us to ensure PC's are restored to a 'best' image at each startup; keeping each PC free of clutter etc. Has anyone used or can nayone reccomend alternatives, pref FREE? I've contemplated steadystate, but made no decisions as yet. mat

I have been using 1st Security Administartor in the past but am looking to chnage to a free application, pref OSS. Has anybody used simular software to lockdown PC's on the network?

Management has finally seen the light and given the go ahead to implement some web filtering for both staff and students. I have tried ccproxy, which was okay. Was told the otehr day about censornet, any body running it? Is it any good? Are there better alternatives? Not fussy on OS flavour, the budget has arrived. thanks
