We have 1 or 2 printers in each computer room with all printers deployed centrally from our print server. As users roam around the school we're finding that they keep printing to the wrong printer. This means piles of paper laying next about and the management knocking me for all the waste.
I've tried various ways to set the default printer including Group Policy Preferences and loopback processing. However, these don't always work as planned and sometimes don't even seem to work at all. There must be a simple way to do this?
