I've just discovered something which makes this more interesting. I have had the same problem as everyone else, it seems that ClipArt has just stopped working which coinsided with the Microsoft announcement to stop providing Clip Art, however, if I connect a laptop to my phone and use it as a hotspot I get the images discovered online so it seems this may be a proxy / firewall issue.

Thanks for this. It's be plaguing me at a school where we imaged a whole load of laptops, hoping this fixes the issue (usually get 1 or 2 a week minimum) so it will be good to not have to deal with this anymore. I'll give it a go when I'm in on Friday.
