DNS Replication is fine. DCDIAG checks out

The School in which i work currently has a number of DFS Namespaces that actually work. However just recently we are unable to create anymore. In an attempt to create a Domain-based namespace, I receive the following error "The namespace cannot be queried. Access is denied". If anyone has any insight into resolving this issue, please let me know.
