We went with NRS, to be fair I've not dealt with Cunninghams but the Rep who came out to price it up didn't impress me. Ours sits on a separate VLAN, all devices have static IPs and where possible its own switches etc. That way if the network goes down, you can still have lunch

Funnily enough in the same position here. RM Support is a ridiculous expense. Their Hardware warranties are 5 years max. I've managed to get an additional 2 year warranty on my EMC SAN from Park Place. Sending them the specs on the RM Hosts next week to see how much they want for warranty on them to give us some breathing space. I've found RM's sales team has started to become a bit pushy, and having spoken to an independent partner and running a few Analysis tools on the network, RM's quote for a refresh would in fact have been under spec'd for our requirements. Any recommendations on suppliers for SANs & Hosts greatly appreciated.

A very odd request here guys & girls. We are looking to convert our Keith Johnson's timetable into a Nova T6 Timetable. We've managed to get a copy of Nova T4 which KJ Timetabler exports to but can't find the default username and password combo. Anyone still have these? If so, could you PM them to me please? Thanks Ian
