Great, thanks Matt. Your advice on the last post (workaround) worked fine. I've downloaded the new version and will use next time. Really useful software.

Just downloaded and installed the Bulk Import Tool. Despite all attempts can't get a successful update of UDF. Everything looks fine including apparently finding a match but eh report at end always says Import Failed. Really want to use this tool but getting frustrated with it. What am (may) I be doing wrong?
