Capita says that there is no solution to this and they suggest the only way to fix the issue is to rebuild the workstation, I beg to differ! Here is the solution that has worked for me: 1. Perform a search in the directory C:\Windows on the PC with the error 2. Search for the dll file: hpzui4wm.dll 3. When these entries appear, rename or delete these dll files Now log onto SIMS and access Nova-T. Please let me know if this has solved your NTVDM error.
