my desktop engg creating new hostname each everytime for every new joinee.

Dear all, im new to script, i have plan to make standardize Hostname to make it easily traceable by seeing the hostname Like …location+dept+Desktop/Laptop+last 6 digit serial (15 characters) Kindly help me to change the hostname in my domain via script (pushing it GPO), I have 50 OU’s and location, department details in Users profile. thanks in advance
