Thanks for reply. Keypad on comp only responds via keys, aeiou. Return, backspace etc not responding.

I turned on my aspire 7551 laptop and it was doing a windows update. Since it finished I cannot login to windows. The only keys that seem to work are the vowel keys. Tried safe mode and arrow keys not working either. Any ideas please.
