thank you for your response - I have manual and will go through it again. I don't like profiles myself and prefer AM. I wish aspects could accept more than 1000 characters!!

I am struggling with Profiles!!!!!!!!!!! Can anybody help??? I've been asked to set 'something' up for the UCAS references. Unfortunately aspect accepts 1000 characters only. I don't have much of experience with Profiles. Anyway, I've set up a sessing manager within profiles and teachers can enter their comments. However, HoD's can't access all the classes for their department to check and edit the comments. Is there any way head of department or head of year can review teachers comments and edit them? Please can anybody share your experience? Thank you
