I have been working in a school for over a month now and ASL are just ridiculous. I have seen a lot of companies being expensive and stuff but ASL tops them all by far. On certain products they have good prices. On a lot they are expensive. My issue to be honest isn't even the cost of consumables. It's the charge of the servicing! I called them last month and I asked for advice for 2 minutes. The information given did not fix my problem and I fixed it myself. Now we just got billed 30 pounds for 2 minutes of information!!! What I find very hard is, they never even said yes sir their is a charge. The first time I called them out, I was so confused weather there was a charge or not so I had to call them back to find out. 180 pounds for a call out!
