  1. Id look on ebay, normally a couple on there but they are pricy even when they are used.Man, that does look bad. If you get a second unit, you can open that one up & see if there are any loose cables etc.
  2. I know that NEC projectors use IR remotes & don't have any issues with the 880's as that's what we use in our computing labs & I just installed two 880's with NEC projectors in our new nursery (Was told to install them way too low for my liking, but the kids have to reach them) It could be the power of IR from the casio remote is just too low & the smartboard is flooding out IR. I really doubt you will be able to change the IR from the remote or the smartboard to be honest.
  3. The 880 series boards use 4 camera's, I think these also have 3 infrared emitters on each camera to see where you finger(s) are on the board & it could be that infrared from the smartboard is on the same wavelength as your casio projectors remote..
  4. I had this problem 2 weeks ago & I am still working on it, but as a work-around while the member of staff is logged in I set 'connect to team content' (or something like that its called, its accessed via the wrench symbol where the gallery tab is) path to the network location where the gallery is stored & this allows the staff to see it for the mean time, but if multiple members of staff use the same machine, they will need the link inserted as well.
