I'm new to this site so bare with me. I have adopted a school that recently had a new server installed, the old server is still in use as a back up and to run the antivirus console. The GP has been altered to redirect everyone's folders to the new server even the desktop but a lot of clients are still looking for the paths to the old server. I have gpupdate /force both on the server and client machines. I have cleared the cache and local profiles of a client to test, i have disabled fast logons in GP so GP has time to apply the policy and i have enabled redirection policy setting and checked "Process even if the Group Policy objects have not changed". Still clients point to the old server, which is very frustrating. Any kind of help will be much appreciated.
