    thanks alot but this is just config for one vlan in the edge switch i need to add 2 vlans in core switch and creat tagged link (802.1q) to move the vlans from switch to switch. now all the users and the managmant are in default vlan (1) so i think that i need to change it to. wait for advise thank you

    hi all its my first time here i need to add 2 vlans at 2&3 levels in hp procurve the network is built from 5406 (core) and allot 2510 the network is in flat stat just vlan deafult how to configure it can u show me exampels thanks
