Well, the thing is i am writing a paper on Web based Help Desk systems and i kind of need a source that shows me the top rated ones out there in the market...it could be user ratings or any sort of ratings (independant body)..i need to include evidence in my paper....ive tried help desk forums but they are not so interactive and dont help....anywhere i can find this info?? thanx
