About hem_mistry

  1. Thanks everyone for the suggestions for a fix. Within Meraki: Systems Manager > Settings, under 'iOS restrictions (supervised)' find the option for 'Allow host pairing (iOS 7+)' and enable it and make sure the profile installs on the device. This solved it!
  2. We have 32 iPads on site which are all managed using Cisco Meraki MDM. I am trying to transfer images and video from the iPads onto a PC/Mac using a Apple Lightening Cable. When the cable is connected via USB using the Lightening cable to a PC/Mac iTunes opens and I get this error message: This iPad is supervised by another computer and cannot be used with this computer. If I navigate to the iPad under 'Devices and drives' > Internal Storage, this is empty. It appears I am being blocked from viewing the images/video on any of the iPads when connected to a PC/Mac. I can view images/video on the actual iPad but i am unable to transfer using PC/Mac. I have raised this issue with Apple Genius bar who have looked at all the diagnostic information on the iPad and they have assured me there is no setting within the iPad that is blocking the transfer of images/video when connected via cable. There must be a restriction within our Meraki MDM that is blocking images/Video being transferred to be. The iPads are enrolled onto Apple DEP and being set up and controlled with Cisco Meraki MDM only, we have not used Apple Configurator. Does anyone know of any restrictions that are blocking the transfer of images and what could be done to solve this?
