welcome back thanks and sorry for the duplicate thread

using ICT has a lot of benefits when using it especially when we have resources but sometimes we face unexpected problems like when programs we planned to work with is not working. I had the unstable electricity problem which caused my to loss some sessions which make me think about having backup activity. what the barriers do you have in your institution and how did you overcome it?
