  1. Thank you! I had looked everywhere for the ID to disable Synonyms on the right click menu. In the past I resorted to changing the default language to Albanian to stop them showing up. I won't have to do that now :-)
  2. Thank you, reading this post helped me. The online pictures weren't showing in Office for us. I found adding .bing.net to our list of Authentication Bypass URLs in our proxy server solved the problem.
  3. We don't have SIMS - we use UnitE and the unique codes it uses are 14 digits long, so wouldn't be very handy for users to type in. Our student login codes are 5 digits long, so that might be an option, but might be too easy for students to find out and use other people's codes for photocopying.
  4. Hi They are MFD printers but we are not using cards, users will just log on with a code.
  5. Hi We're moving to PaperCut as a print management solution. We have been told that the card/identity number that users logon to printers with will have to be manually entered into Active Directory (in the Pager field and then PaperCut imports it from AD). So we have to create a series of unique codes and enter them into AD. I'm not worried about entering the numbers into AD, as we already have tools to do that. It's more how to generate the random numbers and make sure they are unique. Especially when a new user starts or the next batch or students start a year later, knowing which ones have already been used. At the moment all I can think of is creating a spreadsheet of codes and crossing them off as they are used. If anyone who is already using PaperCut could let me know what they do, that would be very helpful. Thank you, Berenice
