Not really just that most of my other servers are on 2008. Is sims supported on 2012 and can I use SQL 2008 r2?

I think my problem may be with my setups folder as i,'m getting the error 'error assembly dznet does not exist, please run simssqlapplicationsetup.exe...' When I try to attach a DB. Even after running it I still great the error. Will try to get iso from support team if they'll give me it!!

Misco are running a cashback offer on HP's with that spec and 5yr onsite warranty. I use Stone for my suites but bought 18 of these for Technology. Impressed with them and the Business Manager was impressed with the price!!

I need to move to a new server (2008R2) and currently have SIMS installed on 2k3 with SQL 2008 R2. I've seen a few KB articles and grasp that i need to copy the SIMS folder then run SIMSINST (i've done it a while ago on a laptop for test purposes just using sql express) but what I would like is a step by step guide including the SQL 2008 R2 config followed by SIMS. I'm sure many of you will have done it before i was just hoping one of you had a good complete guide! Cheers Sam
