  1. We are fairly new users to Edugeek, however we are interested in feedback from customers positive or negative. We may well of discussed the issues previously, this is purely to ensure we addressed this at the time.
  2. I hope this reply finds you well. Apologies it has taken a while to get back to you, and as we have recently discovered your comments above, I just wanted to apologise for any poor customer service experienced. If you could let us know what the previous issues were, I can contact you to discuss. Please send to [email protected] Regards, Jordan
  3. I was finding out if anyone has recently switched their NXP 1k Mifare cards to a compatible version. Has anyone any good or bad opinions on switching?
  4. Has anyone recently switched their access control Mifare cards from 1k Mifare to Mifare Ultralight cards? How has the experience been and would you recommend?
  5. One thing we come across on a regular basis is the need for education to produce secure ID Cards for their campus or site. But what is it about an ID Card Printer that keeps us coming back for more of the same? As it is already known, there are many different brands out there, be it Magicard, SMART, Fargo or Zebra to name just a few. And as the need for a competitive solution becomes more and more prevelant with budgetary cuts within departments, are we always choosing a printer based on Price? Or is it something of a "Better the devil you know" ideology? All card printers (obviously disregarding the re-transfer versions) print to the same specification as one another, consumables are cost sensitive per printer and cards are a completely different factor. Would you recommend any printer over another or discourage anyone from using a certain printer?
