Hi, We are having the same issue with the Avantis Classbook. Did you get anywhere with this? Cheers.

Had this problem too turned out to be a problem with Hardware Graphics Acceleration for Office 2013. Added a Reg Key to turn it off and Outlook worked perfectly. Message me and I'll dig the Reg Key out.
