I'm looking for a replacement audio headphone cable. It needs to be a stereo 3.5mm male jack to 2x 3.5mm male jack so that I can replace a classroom of headphone Y cables. The cable goes from headphone jack on PC to 2x Headphone speakers (one each side of head). I can't find them anywhere, there are lots of 3.5mm male to 2x Female but none of the above described cables. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi All, Had a teacher drop an RM Lightbook 300 and it has broken the LCD. Without me taking it apart to find out the serial numbers on the screen does anyone know the manufacturer (other than RM) for spares for this device? The replacement screen on RM's spares site is £150 +vat and I am sure they are available cheaper than that. Nice one! I've paid for a licence and upgraded just the teacher PC to get around the problem. Leaving the v4 client on the student machines allows most features to work anyway. Neat fix though - well done for finding the root cause.

I've got a strange problem when installing RM Tutor 4 on Windows 7. Assigning the teacher control package totally locks out the keyboard, not even a num lock light, after it has installed. Uninstalling the RM Tutor 4 software didn't give me control back. I know Tutor 4 does work on Win7 as I have it on my workstation so this must be a hardware specific glitch on that computer. Anyone had a similar problem or a work around? For the moment I am trying out Tutor 6 as we have a few licences - this installed fine with no lockout of the keyboard on the teacher computer and I can see Tutor 6 clients. My real question is - is there any way to get a Tutor 6 teacher PC to see tutor 4 clients or do I have to upgrade all the client software (and licences)? I don't need any of the new functionality at the moment, just the screen view and remote power on/off that the teachers use mostly. I can see the tutor 6 clients from the Tutor 4 teacher software strangely! Seems a costly upgrade just for those features that we use otherwise Thanks in advance for your comments.

Thanks for your help, That was the problem. I was using the IE code and then trying to view the test page I had made in Firefox. All sorted now.

Hello All, I'm trying to set up the same thing - birdbox vlc stream to Xibo. I'm following the same process as in this thread but I can't seem to get the stream from the the PC (with the USB capture device running VLC) showing in a webpage activeX box. I'm not putting it into xibo yet, just a very simple webpage with html and body tags as well as the object code from this thread. I can view the capture device and see the output of the camera in vlc, but when setting up the vlc http stream I just get the traffic cone displayed in the client webpage. Any ideas? I've tried it on win7 and XP. Thanks for your help

I'm looking at the XJ-A1410-UJ. I could get a uni-plate but I was trying to avoid it if it only meant drilling a couple of holes in the existing plate. Thanks for the pic, that's quite useful. Would you be able to measure the points between the mounting holes for me please if you have time? The distance between the left hole from the two holes on the right across at a right angle and the distance between the two right hand holes. Thanks for all your help.

Hi, We've just had a lamp blow on an old projector and instead of buying another lamp I was thinking of getting a Casio LED as a trial to see what they are like. I just wondered if anyone has some kind of a template for where the ceiling mount screw holes are on the underside of the device? I want to see if I can modify our existing ceiling mounts easily by drilling new holes out to accept the Casio unit. The existing mount is a projector specific metal plate 240mm x 110mm. I could get a universal mount - but if I can reuse the original mount by a small modification this would be preferred. Thanks for your help
