Is it possible, wise or dowright foolish to apply Microsoft Windows updates to a CC3 server rather than the RM updates. I ask because our support contract with RM is coming to an end and school wants to save cost of renewing. Thanks in advance

We have the above printer and find that PDFs print out as complete gobbleydegook. We get round it by "printing as image" but it takes ages to compile and print. Is it a memory problem or is there a quick (and cheap) fix?
