Hi I am looking for some assistance. I have a training lab with windows server R2. Currently during some of our training classes we use Windows authentication to loginto the Ricoh copier machines. Once I have the users login the user account information automaticly populates the email address for the user and at this point you can manually build shared folder in the address book. This does work and the users is only able to see their own email account and folders once the login. A question came up recently asking if it is possible to automaticly load a shared folder into the address book IE.. a home drive for example. Does anyone have instructions on how to set this up. I am fairly confident that the settings need to be done on the server side but I am not sure on how to do the settings. I have detailed instructions on the machine setup as well as creating the accounts on the server to limit and control the user access. I attached them to this document. thanks7-create groups on server for windows Authentication.pdf 8-adding users to groups for windows Authentication.pdf 9-Machine configuration for windows authentication.pdf
