  1. Anthony, I didn't set up the wireless network, but any Windows 7 laptops which we have are working fine, so I'm assuming that it is set up as it should be. Thank you very much for your prompt response. Diana
  2. Hi, We just updated our wireless network. I have some Lenovo T61 laptops running Windows XP which will allow me to connect wirelessly if I'm logged in as admin. However, they connect after user authentication using both access connections or Windows wireless utility. If I attempt to login as anyone who isn't admin, I can't because they aren't connecting to the wireless upon startup. Thanks in advance for your help. Diana
  3. They ask if you want to use Adobe reader to open them. What do you mean by checking associated defaults?
  4. Hi, I have a Windows 7 computer which is opening PDF files, but they are showing as white instead of the traditional red and white icons. I reinstalled Adobe Reader on this computer and are still seeing the same issue. These pdf's are email attachments, and if I open them on a different computer they are fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Diana
  5. Is there a 2010 version? I can't verify anything till tomorrow. Do you have any educated guesses as to what the issue is? We just barely ran all updates to Exchange because of another issue.
  6. I know that all the Service Packs for Exchange are up-to-date at the moment.
  7. We are using Exchange 2008. What do you mean by CU update? The computers in question are all Windows 7. Thank you very much for responding to my question.
  8. if our secretary creates appointments in her calendar, which is shared, they don't appear on other computers. however if she goes back and looks at her computer they are showing as entered. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks, dconine
